Fan Qianrong, instructor, Ph.D. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Beijing International Studies University and a M.A. in Russian Language and Literature from Peking Universitywith a certificate ofTest for Russian Majors Band 8. She received her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and World Literature from Nankai University. Her main research interests are Russian religious philosophy, Bakhtin’s literacy theory and Russian literature and culture. She teachesIntroduction to Shakespeare’s Drama,English Lexicology, andCollege English.

Since 2016, She has been involved in a key project of National Social Science Foundation of China –“Bakhtin’s Literary Thought in the Context of Russian National Culture”. She is the author of the first draft of chapter 5in the second volume of the projectwith an Excellent in the appraisal grade. In 2021, sheled the school-level project“Research on Russian Body Concept and Its Evolution”. She published 3 academics papers, including 1 CSSCI paper.
